Samsung Music on Android Auto

With the latest updates, Samsung Music playback and control are supported on Android Auto.

Native Method (Recommended)

Step 1: Install/Update

Ensure you have the latest Samsung Music app from the Galaxy Store or Google Play Store.

Step 2: Enable in Settings

1. Open Android Auto settings on your phone.
2. Go to Customize Launcher.
3. Ensure Samsung Music is checked.

Step 3: Launch

Connect your phone to your car. Select Samsung Music from the audio apps list.

Troubleshooting

• Not Appearing?: Samsung Music is officially supported. If it's missing, try clearing Android Auto cache.
• Mirroring: If you want the full phone UI (lyrics, specific equalizer), use Screen2Auto or Fermata Auto to mirror the app screen instead of using the simplified AA interface.
