Get ready to respond to WhatsApp messages through voice commands while in your car.

Setup Guide

Step 1: Install WhatsApp

Ensure you have the official WhatsApp Messenger installed on your Android phone.

Step 2: Automatic Integration

WhatsApp is automatically added to Android Auto. You don't usually need to manually enable it.

• Notifications: New messages appear as notifications.
• Voice Commands: Tap the notification to have Google Assistant read it aloud. Reply by saying "Reply".

Advanced Use (Screen2Auto)

If you want to view photos or read chat history (while parked), you need Screen2Auto.

1. Install Screen2Auto.
2. Enable WhatsApp in Screen2Auto launcher.
3. Launch to see the full phone interface.

Hardware Option

Using an AI Box allows you to run the full tablet version of WhatsApp on your dashboard, useful for video calls (parked).
